Hyaluronic Acid (AOR04164) will be replaced with a new product called “Lysine, Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid” (AOR04273).
|

This product provides the same vegetarian Hyaluronic Acid, but the quantity has been reduced slightly (from 120mg per capsule to 98.5mg per capsule). The reduction in quantity was done to match the dose used in human studies with Hyaluronic Acid. The addition of 50mg of vitamin C and 75mg of L-Lysine to the product further enhances its effectiveness for joint health support. Vitamin C and Lysine work together in the body to stimulate collagen and connective tissue formation, which is an integral component of bones, cartilage and joints. Please note that the new product has a new code and a new UPC.

Pomegranate Ultra has also received an NPN and has been renamed to C+Pomegranate. It still contains the same amount of pomegranate extract and ellagic acid, however this ingredient has been moved to the non-medicinal ingredient section, and 100 mg of Vitamin C has been added per capsule. Please note the code change from AOR04024 to AOR04268.

| CoQ + NADH - replaces NADH Ultra |
|
CoQ + NADH is a new product released in place of NADH Ultra. CoQ + NADH contains 40mg of co-enzyme Q10 in addition to the original 10mg of NADH. Both ingredients have been found clinically to be helpful in energy production, heart health and neurodegenerative conditions. A gastric-resistant capsule replaces the enteric coated tablet. The new code is AOR04267.

Ortho•Glucose II - Formula Changes

Ortho•Glucose II has received an NPN! Changes include the removal of corosolic acid, and the ingredient amounts are now listed per serving size of one capsule rather than for 3 capsules. The approved formula will be launched in February 2012.

|
|
The formula for Ortho-Bone has undergone some minor changes, including a reduction in the quantity of Boron from 3 mg to 700mcg, the removal of strontium from the formula, and a switch from cyanocobalamin to the superior B12 source, methylcobalamin. Please note that the quantity and source of calcium used in this product HAS NOT CHANGED, although it is now listed on the label as “from bone meal” in order to satisfy Health Canada requirements.
